Happy 1st Anniversary

Hola, as you see in the banner above, it has been a year since DeafzMix was officially launched on 22nd April 2008! Aiyo, however it's too late to celebrate... XD Nevermind, it is better than never, right? =P

When looking at our (included Selina) entries, one word that is popped out in my mind is WOW! We have been posting quite many entries and we never expect that we have been watching or reading a lot of entertainment media such like manga, anime, TV drama and movies. Ha, just for a year, we have released 88 entries at the total! The number of 88 has its meaning, you guess what it is? Lucky, it is the answer!

Not forgetting to mention, we also play some game. The game we are currently playing never completed yet. Yet, we promise we will release the entry related to game once we have completed the game. ;)

Happy 1st anniversary to DeafzMix. So from here, I would like to thank you all for the supports especially to those who have been dropping by since the beginning. Oh yeah, truly a sincere thank you from our bottom of our heart! Hopefully this site would be prosper with more reviews and reviews, yeah!

THE SUMMARY

In 1958, as part of the dedication ceremony for a new elementary school, a group of students is asked to draw pictures to be stored in a time capsule. But one of the students, a mysterious girl who seems to hear whispered voices, fills her sheet of paper with rows of apparently random numbers instead.

Fast forward 50 years to the present: A new generation of students examines the contents of the time capsule and the girl's cryptic message ends up in the hands of young Caleb Myles. But it is Caleb's father, professor Ted Myles (Nicolas Cage), who makes the startling discovery that the encoded message predicts with pinpoint accuracy the dates, death tolls and coordinates of every major disaster of the past 50 years. Wow, It's about the end of the world and how one young girl named Lucinda saw it coming 50 years ago..She has a power? Maybe she hears a voice from god? or angels? How do you protect who you love from everything you know? Who are "The Angel of the Apocalypse" or messengers from an other time or dimension?

From begining, Caleb show his sign language! He is deaf but, he can speak so very well and study in the hearing school..The scenes about the plane and train crash were pretty impressive! It like BOOMING but Ted Myles still be alive! Not injure or die??! More interesting about the men in black who hover around Caleb like a clutch of crows. They appear mostly at night, standing watch over Caleb.. They looks as very dangerous... It make me thought that they want to give a warning to Caleb..O_o

But, it is weird.. Why they used mysterious rocks? Its black rock..maybe symbol as 'death'? They will give it to a person who will die later..Who knows it? I not sure..

You will know the answer when it come to the ending..It is sad and cannot escape from the end of world!

Engine Sentai Go-onger the Movie

THE SUMMARY

Starts with the Gaiark Pollution Ministers attempting to tear off the dimensional barriers that separate the Braneworlds and reviving 13 Barbaric Machine Beast to help their purpose out, the Go-Onger steps out to stop their evil doings and manages to scrap the 13. However, the three mysterious lights comes from the portal and reveals to be Honoshu, breaking the Engine thus causing the Go-Ongers lost the primary Engine Cast. In order to get their Engine Cast back, they decides to chase the mysterious and let themselves to be sucked into the Braneworld of Samurai World.

Upon their arrival in Samurai World, they run into trouble and ends up by being saved by one of the mysterious Samurais, Tsukinowa who brings them to others. However, Raiken and Gokumaru, the servants of Maki are after their Engine Souls and their appearance forced the Samurais to transform in Engine Souls and fails to combine with the Go-Onger's Engine Cast.

Learning the Honoshu's story, they race off to Maki's castle to retrieve the Engine Casts for Honoshu. However, they have to fight with the Maki's servants as well as Red Go-Onger have to fight on one-to-one with Maki. The Go-Ongers destroy the Maki's Yoma Servants and successfully obtain Shinoshin and Tsukinowa's Engine Cast. Sosuke is overwhelmed by Maki until The Honoshu arrives and offers their aid by destorying Maki. Maki grows into her monsterous form, revealing Restutaka's Engine Cast inside her. Once the Honoshu get their own Engine Casts, they decides to fight Maki in Engine Daishogun form, inviting Sosuke to pilot them. After their victory, Engine Daishogun turns to stone.

Heeding the Honoshu's advice, the Go-Ongers has to move forward and return to their world.

Remember the post about Go-Onger I wrote in the blog last year? Now the Go-Onger have very own special movie named Boom Boom! Bang Bang! GekijōBang!! =D This plot setting is totally different from Go-Onger's usual story path. It's because they go to other Braneworld. Samurai World! I always want to watch Samurai fighting. Now I am much happier as it has been released on youtube.com even with subtitles on. ^^

This story has drawn a lot of sympathy from me when I watched this movie as this story emphasized on the life appreciation. This teach us to value our precious thing while we are still alive and kicking! Otherwise, we will forget how to appreciate if we kept abandoning something. Once you've lost the precious thing, you will be likely lost in space! In this story, the Honoshu forget their important duty due to them being chickened out. The Go-Onger taught them not to forget that they are always the allies of justice although they are scared or over-confident!

What I like about this movie is the Honoshu's Engine....Their Engines look very cool... Similiar to Speedor, Bus-on and Bearrv's design, the Honoshu's Engine is modified to be resembled to Samurai's style... O.O And only available in red, black and gold! When they are combined, they become Engine Daishogun! Very samuraish!

Race to Witch Mountain

You can imagine when a driver who is driving a taxi along, the movie drove and took you to witness an adventure of a lifetime! O_o A UFO still is hunting you no matter where are you! Wow, the children are the alien?! O_O Cool..they have their own abilities..I think that it like the "Heros"..You will see this movie by yourself! :P

When Jack discovers the children’s true identities and their missions to save Earth! An alien army are on a mission to hunt down the kids...I thought that an alien solider is alike as the children..But, noo! His face is very ugly! >_<

Ghost Sweeper Mikami

I remembered that this is very old manga since I finished my primary school..I love the comendy story! It also translated as Bahasa Malaysia.. Sad, it is not yet to be complete! This art looks pretty good for this type of monster hunting mission.. Wow.. Reiko Mikami is the best ghost sweeper in Japan. She'll accept any job no matter how dangerous as long as the price is higher! She is very strong than her enemies..She refuses to give up! Tadao are very stupid and pervert! But, he suddnelly be strong when he got his ability from a god... One day, he can protect Mikami and Kinu? :P He always don't want to be killed..Haha this is funny..

They also busy with the vampire, wolf, ghosts, and demon mission. It is not easy but luckily, they got help from a god! O_o Mikami got an ability time-lighting from her mom! She can go to the past or future! But, she don't control her own ability..

So, it is very interesting and comedy manga! :) Finally, the MangaFox release new manga: GS Mikami! I am very happy! ^ ^
